Candidates often provide false addresses when joining an organization and tend to get away with it.
Address verification involves validating addresses on record of candidates (permanent, previous and current). From our experience, we recommend verifying an employee’s address every 6 months, as employees often change their place of residence without intimating the organization.
Our team of field executives physically visit addresses provided by candidates and collect proof of residence, photographs and the GPS location.
